I have strived to produce quiet, easy handling cattle with a high percentage of polls. Recognisable Australian Bred Bulls have been used and American and South African genetics have been infused using AI, ET and IVF technology. Several cows have had a major influence on the herd.

At Halgenaes our main focus is now on HK Blueprint. Chris McCarthy, Stockman Brahmans and I have Australia semen rights. He is out of Passport's mother and by Blueblood which is an outcross to most available genetics. We have calves by Blueprint from Redneck's sister and have used him in several flushes. We were lucky enough to see Blueprint calves at HK Ranch and Infinity cattle company in the US. Our first calves are due in August 09.
